GreenFly America is a Web 3.0 service with patent-pending technology that lets individual
groups and organizations provide a framework or fabric through which their members can receive and manage the communications pertaining to that group. GreenFly lets users seamlessly route communications regardless of the social network it was sent through (e.g., MySpace, Ning, Salesforce.com, Email, Text Message, Web Service) or the mobile devices or applications through which it is received.
What GreenFly does is provide templates "patterns" with built-in rules, roles, and a communication structure that any group can use to create their own "network or social fabric". As an FCC-licensed wireless operator, GreenFly assigns a telephone number to anchor the social fabric to the group and gives participants connectivity to all popular Web-based social network services and mobile networks.
Users can opt-in to the social community of which they are a member, set up, and maintain their preferred communications methods without providing contact details. There are no limitations on the type of mobile devices, computers, networks or Web portals through which they can choose to receive various types of the community’s communications.
